Lahaina

Lahaina Maui, Hawaii is located just North of Olowalu and just South of Kaanapali and is considered the HEART of West Maui.

Rich in culture and Hawaiian history, Lahaina and her Landmarks are famous all around the World and it's definitely one of the most special places on the island of Maui.

When it comes to finding a place to live in Lahaina, there are plenty of options available for every budget. There are residential neighborhoods scattered throughout Lahaina Town, with small homes, upscale homes and Large Luxury Estates. We will include Olowalu and Launiupoko (just South of Lahaina) in this description and mention that in both of those locations you will find some of the most breathtaking homes on Maui. Large lots of land are available, as well as homes with horse ranches, orchards and organic farms.

There are also many condominium complexes to call home in Lahaina. Some of the most notable condo locations in Lahaina are: Puamana, Lahaina Shores, Aina Nalu, Opukea, Lahaina Residential, Kahoma Village and Lahaina Roads.

The Shops at 505, The Banyan Tree (Banyan Court), Pioneer Inn and Lahaina Harbor...something is always happening. In Lahaina's Wharf Cinema Center alone you can spend hours browsing the boutiques, eating, drinking or taking in a movie. Dickenson Square...Baby Beach and Jodo Mission...we could go on and on. And. . .of course...you can't leave out Maui's Favorite Luau, "The Old Lahaina Luau".

There's no way to list all of Lahaina's favorite restaurants, but some that come to mind first are: Pacific'o on the Beach, Gerard's, Prison St. Pizza, Pioneer Inn (Best Breakfast), Captain Jack's Island Grill, Fleetwood's on Front Street, Cool Cat Cafe, Penne Pasta Cafe, Lahaina Pizza Co., Ululani's Hawaiian Shave Ice, Cheeseburger in Paradise, Lahaina Grill, Lahaina Fish Co., Kimo's, The Dirty Monkey, Lahaina Sushi Ko, Tommy Bahama, Waikiki Brewing Co., Star Noodle, Honu Oceanside, Mala Ocean Tavern as well as all of the eateries in the Lahaina Gateway Shopping Center and Emerald Plaza.

When it comes to outdoor activities, Lahaina Maui Hawaii has anything you're looking for. There are plenty of green spaces and local parks and beach parks. Ocean activities are usually at the top of the list and Lahaina Harbor is where it starts. Boating adventures and sunset cruises. The Ferry to Lanai. Surfing, Snorkeling, Kayaking, Paddling. Lahaina is the perfect place for your adrenaline fix. Beach Parks are found all along the shoreline from Lahina to Kaanapali...so where ever you want to stop off, you'll be able to jump in the ocean and take a swim, or sit at a quiet picnic table and eat with your family.

So...if you live in Lahaina, you're covered when it comes to "things to do" and "places to see". It's a great place to visit, but an even more amazing place to live.
